Stuff accumulates in our body and in our mind. Every now and then, it feels good to let go of all the crap we don't need anymore.

When to Wash It All Away

Any time you shower or wash yourself.

How to Wash It All Away

1. When you are in the shower or the bath, or anytime you wash yourself, you can silently say: "Everything I don't need anymore is washed away right now. If I don't need it, I let it go right now." 2. Imagine all the stuff you don't need anymore falling off your body and your entire being. If you're in the shower or the bath, imagine it flowing down the drain and into the earth, river, lake or ocean.   3. If you like, you can thank the water for helping you cleanse everything away and thank the earth, river, lake or ocean for receiving it. 

Helpful Hints

Just allow it all to flow away from your body. Don’t think about it too hard.
