pains your body has or any situations it might have experienced:
"I know that was
really hard for you. I'm sorry you went through that."
"I'm sorry you
hurt, my knee. I wish you were better. I love you and I'm grateful for
everything you do for me."
4. Rub, massage or
just place your hand where your body hurts.
5. Send breath into
your body where it hurts. If you like, send an intention with your breath, such
as "Love" or "Healing.
