How to Wash It All Away


1. When you are in the shower or the bath, or anytime you wash yourself, you can silently say:

"Everything I don't need anymore is washed away right now. If I don't need it, I let it go right now."




2. Imagine all the stuff you don't need anymore falling off your body and your entire being.


If you're in the shower or the bath, imagine it flowing down the drain and into a river, lake or ocean.




3. If you like, you can thank the water for helping you cleanse everything away.
